New pupils at Paternoster…
Following the family of robins leaving the nest (in our minibus) we have found more new pupils at Paternoster today. Two hedgehogs were carefully moved to a safe space on the school site. Outside the hydrotherapy pool was a bit too busy for them! The senior pupils will be making sure they have a house a suitable escape ramp, should the hedgehogs find themselves stuck again.
On Friday 5th May, pupils and staff at Paternoster celebrated King Charles’ coronation with a crown parade. We also planted an apple tree in our sensory garden
Cirencester School Visit
Some of the pupils from Cirencester Primary School came to visit Paternoster School. They had a great time trying out different sports with the Paternoster pupils.

World Book Day 2023
The pupils at Paternoster had a fantastic World Book Day on 2nd March. We dressed as our favourite book characters and went to each class in the school to take part in different Roahl Dahl themed activities.
Paternoster School launched their Daily Mile today with the help of Lisi from Active Gloucestershire. The Daily Mile involves a daily (or almost daily) session of 15 mins, running and walking – building up to running for the whole time. More importantly, it’s a great opportunity to get some fresh air and exercise and to chat with friends.
